What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders ship within 4-7 business days. Carriers no longer guarantees its ship time and will not refund shipping costs if your package is delayed due to increased shipping volume.
